Following decentralized, open platform principles, the Odsy Foundation is committed to supporting decades of adoption and growth by helping build a universal layer of access control not currently available in Web3.

August 2022 - Establishment

The Odsy Foundation was established in August 2022, by Omer Sadika, David Lachmish and Yehonatan Cohen Scaly.

2022 - ODSY

2023 - Testnet

In 2022 the ODSY token is scheduled to launch on the Odsy Network. The testnet is expected to launch in 2023, bringing in a new era of decentralized access control to Web3.

Mainnet & Future

After Launching Mainnet, Odsy Foundation will continue promoting and fostering the development and research of the Odsy Network, and will focus on advancing the Odsy ecosystem - protocols and solutions built on top of the Odsy Network.

Omer Sadika

Founder and President

Omer Sadika is a serial entrepreneur with deep expertise in technology, cybersecurity and crypto. Sadika is the co-founder of Odsy Network and the founder and CEO of dWallet Labs. Sadika invented the API Security category and founded Salt Security, the first API Security company.


David Lachmish

Founder and Council Member

David Lachmish is a seasoned entrepreneur with over a decade of experience in building tech companies. Lachmish is a co-founder of Odsy Network and a co-founder of dWallet Labs. Lachmish had held product and technical leadership roles in multiple companies based in Israel, UK and the US.
