Nathan Kaiser is a Swiss and Taiwan dual national, admitted as an attorney-at-law in Zurich, previously also in Hong Kong, Taipei and Berlin. Nathan advises fintech companies on digital and policy issues, and their international market presence. Previously he was an affiliate at the Berkman Klein Center of Harvard University, the General Counsel of the Swiss SIX Digital Exchange (SDX), and the Chairperson of the Cardano Foundation.
